Free Standard Shipping On Orders Over $50

We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide on all orders over $50.

For orders under $50, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Express Shipping

Need it sooner? Express Shipping is available for a flat rate of $9.99 AUD.

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email and tracking details sent to the email address entered at checkout.

Our team aims to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. Please note that delivery estimates below do not include fulfilment time.

Returns Policy

Change of Mind Returns

Due to health and safety regulations, we’re unable to accept returns on nutritional products for change of mind purchases.

We encourage you to choose carefully and consult with your healthcare professional if you’re unsure whether a product is right for you.

Faulty or Damaged Products

Under Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a replacement, repair or refund if a product:

Please note that we may decline a refund or replacement where damage has resulted from misuse, improper handling or neglect.
